9. Implementation, Support, and Customization

Implementation, configuration, customization, migration, integration, training, support, maintenance, AMC, or additional development services may be governed by a separate proposal or written agreement.

Any timelines, milestones, deliverables, go-live dates, or support commitments shared during sales discussions are estimates unless specifically confirmed in a signed written agreement.

Additional features, customizations, integrations, reports, templates, workflows, or scope changes may require separate approval, additional timelines, and additional charges.

10. Payments and Commercial Terms

Pricing, subscription fees, license fees, implementation charges, customization fees, AMC charges, support charges, payment milestones, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and service terms will be defined in the applicable commercial agreement.
