Challenges

According to the client, their vital requirement is to develop a clearance option to integrate with their ERP suite. With the developed in-built clearance option, users must use the module to process the customs clearance activities (activities where no freight will be involved). Users should also be able to enter multiple containers and product details under a single bill of lading from this screen.

What We Did

Development team at ANGLER, analysed the requirement from client in detail & provided the Custom ERP Solution to acquire the customs clearance activities & forwarding information’s. The ERP solution system has set of rules that can be applied for all the modules. Our developed custom ERP solution have detailed user entry fields to capture information’s like containers, products details etc.

The client is a leading Warehouse and Logistics Solution company from Dubai. Client also offer integrated services like transportation chains across all carriers – truck, ship or airplane that are combined with complex additional logistical services. Client also manages to provide their customers with end-to-end solutions which is enabled by infrastructure, processes and systems.

Challenges

To handle their clients, they are dealing with lot of documents for international clearances & other processes. Client’s need is to develop a module that could be integrated with their existing logistics ERP application. The module should be able to gather document collection / delivery requests from client account managers, allocate the tasks to messengers and scan and update them to the cloud in a secured manner.

What We Did

ANGLER to developed a web application along with Mobile App for messengers who are in the field to share the soft copies of received documents then and there. The Web application manage requests, allocate messengers and has the vital task to scan multiple documents and store them in the cloud with strong encryption.

Studying the client’s requirements in detail, we suggested to develop a windows application which connects to the FTP where the SAP IDoc files from the customers are placed to validate and process the data. These SAP IDoc documents are materialized at regular intervals and acknowledged to the customers and stakeholders.

Their overseas shipment agents will be receiving a set of instruction from the client via the ERP’s routing option for the confirmed consignment in UAE. Information received by the agent helps them to track & trace the shipment to their customer / consignee within UAE.

What We Did

Having a deep analysis over our client’s requirement, Team at ANGLER provided the solution of capturing routing order information. Developing the tech solution from platform like Dot Net & MYSQL, it has detailed user entry fields to capture the routing order information for its users with a set of system rules and modules. Users will also have multiple status and provision there to confirm by superior for the created set of documents. Ultimately it triggers automated emails to the customers with CC to the consignee or created users.
